How to Make White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies - Gluten Free

Dump Butter Flavoured Crisco, brown sugar and granulated sugar into a large mixing bowl.

Cream ingredients together using electric mixer until no large lumps remain. Add  egg, orange juice and vanilla extract to the bowl.

Continue mixing with the electric mixer.

Add gluten free flour, salt, baking soda and xanthan gum to the bowl.

Mix with the electric mixer until ingredients are fully combined.

Add some white chocolate chips and dried cranberries to the bowl.

Use a rubber spatula to stir the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries into the cookie dough.

Drop dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet using a 1 Tbsp scoop or roll cookie dough into balls.

Place baking sheet in a 350F oven until  cookies are golden brown around the edges. 10-12 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the pan for a couple minutes.

Transfer them to a cooling rack on the counter to finish cooling off.
