Instant Pot Beef Nachos

Turn the Instant Pot to the Saute Less function for 10 minutes. Add olive oil and some lean ground beef.

Cook beef until no pink remains. Once cooked, keep the Saute Less function on and stir in the taco seasoning mix.

Add one cup of Nacho Cheese Blend and one cup of salsa. Stir to combine.

Spread more salsa over the ground beef mixture. Do not stir.

Spread more shredded cheese over the salsa. Do not stir.

Place the lid on the Instant Pot and turn to the Keep Warm function.

After about 5 minutes open lid to see if cheese has melted enough.

 Place some tortilla chips on individual serving dishes.

Spread a thin layer of the ground beef mixture over chips.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
