Instant Pot Hamburger Steak

Dump some ground beef into a large mixing bowl.

Add quick oats, gluten free worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Use  your hands to mix all the ingredients together well.

Form the beef mixture into 6 patties.

Turn the Instant Pot to the saute function and brown the patties in some olive oil.

Carefully flip the meat over with two spatulas.

Remove the meat to saute  onions and mushrooms. Then use beef broth to deglaze Pot.

Place trivet into the Pot and carefully lower the beef patties onto it.

Place  lid on Instant Pot, turn steam release handle to sealing position and set Pot to Pressure Cook High for 18 minutes.

When Pot is done cooking, turn steam release handle to venting position to finish with a quick release.

Turn Pot to Saute and add gravy packets.

Serve the hamburger steaks smothered in gravy.
