Peanut Butter Fudge

Place a medium sized sauce pan on stove and dump some butter in. Turn the burner to medium heat.

Add some brown sugar and evaporated milk. Stir occasionally until butter melts and then stir continuously.

Once it begins to boil stop stirring and allow to boil for 6 minutes.

Remove from heat and pour into a pyrex measuring cup or bowl.

Stir in some peanut butter.

Gradually stir in some icing sugar until fully integrated.

Scrape into a greased pan.

Press in some mini Reese's Pieces candy bits.

Allow to set for a few hours.

Invert onto cutting board and then flip again or lift out with parchment paper sling.

Cut into squares with a sharp knife.
