Stove Top Chicken Casserole - Gluten Free

Place frying pan on burner and turn to medium heat. Fry bacon to desired doneness. Put water on to boil.

Cook pasta for 7 minutes.  It will finish cooking with other ingredients. Remove cooked bacon from pan.

Cut bacon into pieces with scissors.

While pasta cooks dump some canned chicken into a mixing bowl.

Add dried parsley, dried basil, dried oregano and dried sage.

Use a fork to combine.

Add the spinach leaves to the bacon pan on med/low heat. Stir as leaves cook for a few minutes.

Drain pasta and add a tablespoon of olive oil to pasta pot. Rinse pasta and stir into oil in pot. Add in prepared chicken, cut up bacon and can of diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.

Add some Miracle Whip, cooked spinach, salt and pepper.

Stir to combine. Leave on med/low heat for a few minutes stirring occasionally.

When heated through, serve.

Stove Top Chicken Casserole is a meal on its own.
