The first step to creating Crock Pot Cranberry Pork Roast was to cut up some cranberries.

Then I mixed up some honey, cloves and nutmeg.

Once the ingredients were combined I sprayed the Crock Pot with cooking spray.

Then I placed the pork roast in the Crock Pot and sprinkled it with salt and pepper.

Next I added the honey mixture to the cranberries and stirred to combine.

Then I poured the honey mixture on top of the pork roast.

Next I put the lid on and set the Crock Pot to Low for 8 hours.  

After 8 hours I removed the lid. 

The pork roast, when slow-cooked, becomes incredibly tender and juicy, soaking up the flavors of the seasonings and cranberries.

The cranberries add a sweet and tangy contrast to the savory pork, creating a balanced and flavorful dish.  If desired use a corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce on High.
