The first step to creating Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops was to get some olive oil heating in a skillet.

Once heated, I added the pork chops.

I browned the pork chops on both sides.

Then I sprayed the Crock Pot with cooking spray.

Next I arranged the pork chops in the Crock Pot.

Then I opened a can of peach halves.  I reserved 1/4 cup of the syrup before arranging the peach halves on top of the pork chops.

I combined the reserved syrup, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, tomato sauce and vinegar in a small bowl.

Next I poured the sauce over top of the peaches and pork chops in the Crock Pot.

I put the lid on and set the Crock Pot to Low for 4 hours.

After 4 hours I removed the lid.

Then I carefully lifted out the pork chops.  At this time you could remove all the pork chops and peaches and use a corn starch slurry to thicken the sauce on the high setting for a few minutes.  This step is optional.  I sometimes wait and do it to serve over the leftovers.

Crock Pot Golden Pork Chops pairs beautifully with sides like mashed potatoes, rice, or gluten free crusty bread, perfect for soaking up the flavorful juices.

Enjoy every bite of these flavourful pork chops.

Be sure to cover each pork chop in a generous amount of the soupy sauce!
