The first step to creating Easy Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff was to spray the Crock Pot with cooking spray.

Then I placed the stewing beef cubes in the bottom of the Crock Pot.

Next I sprinkled the beef cubes with a bit of salt and pepper.

I opened up two can of gluten free cream of mushroom soup and spooned it out over the beef in the Crock Pot.

Next I put the lid on and set the Crock Pot to Low for 8 hours.

After 8 hours I removed the lid and stirred the contents together well.

Then I added in some sour cream.

I stirred the sour cream into the beef mixture.

At this time you can stir in a corn starch slurry if you prefer a thicker sauce.  Turn the Crock Pot to High until it thickens.
