The first step to creating Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Pieces was to pour a bit of water into the Crock Pot.

Then I layered some chicken pieces on top of one another.  Sometimes I use thighs or legs and sometimes I use a combination of both.

Next I put the lid on and set the Crock Pot to Low for 8 hours.  

After 8 hours I removed the lid.

The tender, delicious chicken pieces were now ready to be served.
