The first step to creating Crock Pot Sloppy Chicken was to put some Schar Gluten Free Entertainment Crackers into a ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Then I sprayed the Crock Pot with cooking spray.

Next I dumped 2 cans of boneless skinless chicken, gluten free cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and gluten free cream of mushroom soup into the Crock Pot.

After stirring the ingredients together I dumped in the crushed crackers.

I stirred the ingredients together again.

Then I put the lid on and set the Crock Pot to Low for 6 hours.  Occasionally I stirred the chicken mixture.

After 6 hours I removed the lid and gave it a stir.

Then it was time to serve up the delicious Crock Pot Sloppy Chicken.

Sometimes we serve ours over fresh gluten free biscuits and other times we use toasted gluten free hamburger buns.

Pour a generous spoonful over each half of your biscuit or bun!

Season with salt and pepper to suit your tastes and enjoy every bite of Crock Pot Sloppy Chicken.
