The first step to make Gluten Free Corn Flake Wreath was to dump some butter into a large saucepan over low heat.

While waiting for the butter to melt measure out the corn flakes. The gluten free ones I used seemed large so I crushed them up a bit with my hands.

Then the butter was melted.

I dumped in some mini marshmallows.

Then I stirred until the marshmallows were melted and well blended.

When the marshmallows were melted I turned the burner off and poured in some green food colouring and vanilla extract. You could choose to use maple extract if you prefer.

Then I stirred to combine all the ingredients.

Next I dumped in the corn flakes.

I stirred again until the corn flakes were covered in the marshmallow mixture.

Then I scraped the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Next I sprayed a piece of plastic wrap with cooking spray.

I used the plastic wrap to help shape the mixture into a circle.

The last step was to put some festive small red candies (or cinnamon hearts) in different places around the wreath.

I allowed the Gluten Free Corn Flake Wreath to cool completely before I transferred it to a serving plate.

The wreath design makes it perfect for gifting or party platters.

It’s a simple treat that feels special and festive.

This Gluten Free Corn Flake Wreath brings classic holiday charm with an easygoing, crunchy twist.
