The first step to creating Crock Pot Spicy Pot Roast was to spray the Crock Pot with cooking spray.

Then I placed a blade roast in the Pot.

Next I sprinkled the roast with a bit of salt and pepper.

I mixed up some gluten free brown gravy mix, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and some water.

Then I poured the liquid mixture over top of the roast in the Crock Pot.

Next I put the lid on and set the Crock Pot to Low for 8 hours.

After 8 hours I removed the lid. 

Transfer the roast to a serving platter and use a cornstarch slurry to thicken the gravy if you like on High.

The beef roast, when slow-cooked, becomes incredibly tender and juicy, soaking up the flavors of the seasonings and gravy.

It’s a great option for cold days or when you’re craving a hearty, flavorful meal with a spicy kick!
