To begin making Gluten Free Biscuits I measured some Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, corn starch, baking powder and salt into a medium size mixing bowl.

After whisking the dry ingredients together I added in some margarine (butter could be used).

I cut the margarine into the dry ingredients.

Once the margarine was cut in and the mixture resembled oatmeal, I added almond milk.

I used a large wooden spoon to stir the ingredients together until a soft dough was formed.

When the dough was mixed I lined a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Then I scooped the biscuit dough onto the parchment paper.  If desired you could flatten them slightly.

I placed the biscuits in a preheated 425F oven for 10 – 12 minutes.

Gluten Free Biscuits are made a few times a week in our home because they are a favourite breakfast treat.

Before baking, shape these biscuits as desired.  I chose to just drop them from a scoop for this batch.

Gluten Free Biscuits have a nice fluffy texture and are sure to satisfy any bread cravings in your home!
