The first thing I did to prepare Easy Pasta Salad was to prepare Catelli Gluten Free Fusilli noodles according to the package directions.

While the noodles were cooking I chopped up some grape tomatoes, cucumber, onions, red pepper and grated a carrot.

Once the pasta was cooked I drained it and rinsed it with cold water.  I shook it to remove excess moisture.

When the gluten free pasta was drained I dumped it into a large mixing bowl.

Then I scraped all the cut up vegetables into the mixing bowl on top of the noodles.

Next I poured a whole bottle (475 ml) of Kraft Zesty Italian salad dressing on top of the vegetables in the bowl.

I used a large spoon to stir the ingredients until they were all well coated with the salad dressing.

Then I seasoned the salad with some salt and pepper.  People can season their own to taste after it is served.  I stirred again to combine.

Easy Pasta Salad is the perfect complement to any gathering.  This gluten free pasta salad will satisfy the taste buds of all your guests whether or not they need to avoid gluten.

  1. I made this for a potluck. Only change I made was to add a few Feta crumbles in right before I put the dressing on. It was a HUGE hit!!
