To begin making Bob's Red Mill Bread Machine Loaf I took the bread pan out of the bread machine. I broke 2 large eggs and added enough room temperature water to make 345g of liquid in total.
I stirred up the water and eggs.
Then I poured the mixture into the bread pan of my bread machine.
Next I added some olive oil, apple cider vinegar, liquid honey and salt to the bread pan.
Then I weighed the correct amount of Bob's Red Mill All Purpose Gluten Free Baking Flour.
Next I measured in some psyllium husk powder and xanthan gum.
I stirred all the dry ingredients together until combined.
Then I poured the dry ingredients into the bread pan on top of the liquid ingredients. I made a small well in the top of the dry ingredients. Don't go down as far as the liquid.
Next I poured the instant yeast into the well that I had made.
Then it was time to put the bread pan into my Kitchen Arm 29-in-1 Bread Machine.
I closed the lid and chose the gluten free setting of this bread machine. I also chose a light crust. Total time on this machine for Menu 5 with a light crust was 2 hours and 19 minutes.
After 5 minutes the machine beeped and I used a spatula to scrape the sides and stir the batter slightly to make sure everything was incorporated.
At the 2 hour mark, I quickly smoothed the top of the loaf.
Once the beep sounded to conclude the baking time I lifted the lid and carefully removed the bread pan from the machine.
After about 3 minutes I shook the bread out of the bread pan.
I transferred the loaf to a cooling rack.
Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing for best results.

How to Store Bob’s Red Mill Bread Machine Loaf
At Room Temperature: Once the loaf has cooled completely, store it in an airtight container, bread bag, or resealable bag. Keep it at room temperature for 2–3 days. Avoid storing gluten-free bread in the refrigerator unless necessary, as refrigeration can make the bread become dry and firm more quickly.
In the Freezer: For longer storage, slice the cooled loaf and place the slices in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container. Separate slices with parchment paper if desired. Freeze for up to 3 months. Individual slices can be removed as needed and thawed at room temperature or toasted directly from frozen.
Tip: Always allow the bread to cool completely before storing it. Storing warm bread can trap moisture and lead to a soggy texture.
