To begin making these Gluten Free Breakfast Bagels I sprayed a pan and my silicone egg rings with cooking spray.  These can be made without the molds as well.

I turned the pan to medium heat and added some frozen gluten free sausage rounds.

Once I flipped the sausages I cracked four large eggs into the egg rings.

I used a knife to break and spread the yolks.

While the eggs and sausages were cooking I cut open my gluten free bagels.  I used the Udi’s brand of bagels.

Then I measured out some salsa and pure maple syrup for my sauce.  I used medium salsa but feel free to choose a spicier one if you wish.

Then I stirred the salsa and maple syrup together in a small bowl.

After flipping the eggs I poured the sauce over the sausages.

When the eggs and sausages were almost cooked I toasted the bagels.

Once the bagels popped out of the toaster I spread margarine on them.

Next I placed an egg on each bagel.

I topped the eggs with sausage rounds and smothered them in the sauce.

Then I scooped a bit more sauce on the sausages before topping them with the other half of the bagels.

Serve immediately and enjoy this yummy Gluten Free Breakfast Bagel with its layers of egg, sausage and flavourful sauce.
