To begin making Gluten Free Creamed Corn I poured some almond milk into a medium size sauce pan over medium heat.

I added in some granulated sugar and salt.

Next I used a bit more almond milk to mix with Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour to make a paste.

I whisked the paste into the warm milk mixture.

I allowed the sauce to thicken and just begin to boil before reducing the heat to med/lo and adding some frozen corn.

At this time you can also add a bit of pepper.

I allowed the corn to cook for about 10 minutes in the sauce. I stirred occasionally.

Serve it directly from the stove or transfer the Gluten Free Creamed Corn to a serving dish.

Add a dash of colour to your dinner plate with this creamy side dish.

This dairy free/gluten free recipe still creates a thick creamy sauce, that will also satisfy the taste buds of those who do not have to avoid these ingredients.
