The first thing I did was prepare the apples by slicing enough to make 10 cups.

Cutting up the apples.

I spread the apples out in a 9 x 13″ baking pan.

Spreading the apples in the baking pan.

Then I sprinkled the granulated sugar and half of the ground cinnamon over the apples.

Sprinkling on the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

The topping was next and I dumped the Quaker Gluten Free Quick Oats, margarine, Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, brown sugar, salt and the remaining ground cinnamon into a mixing bowl.

Ingredients for crumble topping.

Using a fork I mixed all the ingredients until no large lumps remained.

Blending the topping ingredients.

I spread this mixture on top of the apples in the baking pan.

Spreading the topping on the apples.

Then I put it in the oven at 375F for 40 minutes.  It will be golden brown.
