To begin making Instant Pot Crustless Quiche I prepared the ingredients that would be mixed with the eggs.

I chopped up some cooked gluten free ham, yellow pepper, green onions, baby spinach and grated some cheddar cheese.

I also measured out some bacon crumble.

Once these ingredients were ready I cracked 12 large eggs into a large mixing bowl and added some almond milk, salt and pepper.

I used a large wire whisk to beat the eggs and milk together until well blended.

Then I dumped in all the ingredients I had prepared.  I reserved half of the grated cheese to sprinkle on top after cooking.

I used the wire whisk again to stir in all the ingredients until they were well incorporated with the eggs.

Next I greased an Instant Pot round cake pan.

Then I carefully poured the egg mixture into the pan.

I put 1 1/2 cups of water into the Instant Pot.

Then I placed the cake pan on the trivet and carefully lowered it into the Instant Pot.  I did not cover my Quiche but you could use tinfoil if you wanted to.

Next I placed the lid on the Instant Pot, turned the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 20 minutes.

Once the Instant Pot was done cooking, I allowed it to do a Natural Release for 10 minutes before turning the steam release handle to the venting position.

After removing the lid I carefully lifted out the trivet with the Quiche.

Then I sprinkled the reserved grated cheese on half of the Quiche.  I did not want extra dairy on my piece but you could sprinkle it over the whole top.

I placed the Quiche under the broiler until the cheese melted and bubbled.

Instant Pot Crustless Quiche is a quick and easy meal to serve up to young and old alike.

It contains many healthy ingredients that you can enjoy bite after bite!
