To begin making Salsa fish I dumped some gluten free bread crumbs into a pie plate and added a bit of dried seasoning.  This time I used dried bruschetta seasoning.

I preheated the oven to 400F.

Next I put some olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Then I dried the haddock fillets on some paper towel.

I dragged the fillets through the bread crumb mixture.

Then I placed then in the heated oil in the frying pan.

Once browned, I flipped the fillets over to brown the other side.

I sprayed a baking pan with cooking spray.

Then I transferred the fillets to the prepared pan.

Next I spooned some salsa over top of the browned fillets.  You can choose your heat level!

Then I topped each fillet with some shredded mozzarella cheese.

Next it was time to place the baking pan into the preheated 400F oven for about 8 – 10 minutes or until the fish flaked easily with a fork and the cheese was melted.

Once the fish was done I removed the pan from the oven.

Salsa Fish is quick to prepare, healthy, and versatile enough for a weeknight dinner or a summer get-together.
