Before making Small Batch St. Patrick's Day Bark  I lined a cookie sheet with a silicone mat.  You could also spray the pan directly with a bit of cooking spray.

Next I broke up some high quality white chocolate.

Then I put the white chocolate in the microwave to melt for 3 minutes on medium.

At the half way point I stopped the microwave to give the white chocolate a quick stir.

I returned the white chocolate to the microwave for the remaining time or until it was melted.

Once melted I spread the white chocolate out on the silicone mat to my desired thickness.

Then I squirted some drops of food colouring on top of the white chocolate.

Next I used a butter knife to drag the colour throughout the white chocolate.

Once the colour was throughout I pressed some green and orange M&M candies into the white chocolate.

Then it was time to set the pan in the fridge to allow the white chocolate to set for a couple of hours.

After a couple of hours it will be ready to eat!
