To begin making Pizza Dip I cut up some sliced pizza pepperoni into quarters.

Then I chopped up half of a red pepper into large chunks and measured out some bacon crumble.

I also grated up some mozzarella cheese.

Once my ingredients were measured out I opened up a package of Herbs and Chives Cream Cheese.  I used the dairy free Tofutti brand since I need to limit my dairy.  You can use regular cream cheese as well.

I dumped the cream cheese, most of the pepperoni and red pepper into the blender.

I pulsed the ingredients together until they were well combined.

Then I added in a portion of the pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and all of the bacon crumble to the blender.

I gave a couple of quick pulses to incorporate the new ingredients into the mixture.

Then I removed the blade and used a spatula to make sure everything was well combined.

Next I scraped the dip into a serving bowl.

I spread the remaining pizza sauce over the dip in the bowl.

Then I sprinkled the remaining grated mozzarella cheese over top of the sauce.

I cut up six more pieces of sliced pepperoni into quarters and spread them evenly over top of the cheese.

The final step before serving was to dice up the remaining half of the red pepper and sprinkle the pieces over top of the dip.

Add your favourite gluten free crackers and your Pizza Dip is ready to go.

To avoid the double dipping worries you could have individual ramekins available for people to make individual servings.

I know you will love this Pizza Dip as much as we do!
