To begin making Almond Flour Biscuits I whisked together some almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium size mixing bowl.

Then I softened some margarine in the microwave.

Once melted, I added in some Miracle Whip and large eggs and whisked them together until well combined.

Once the egg mixture was well combined I added the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients I had prepared earlier.

I used a large wooden spoon to stir the ingredients together until a soft dough was formed.

Then I lined a baking sheet with parchment paper.

I used a scoop to drop rounds of biscuit dough onto the parchment paper lined baking sheet.

Then I baked the biscuits in a preheated 350F oven for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in the center came out clean.

After removing the Almond Flour Biscuits from the oven I allowed them to cool before serving.

These versatile biscuits are a quick and easy bread recipe that can accompany a main course or dress them up with sweet spreads for breakfast or a snack.

Hi i like to ask you why mayonase in your almond biscuits please.i never made biscuits wth mayonase or miracle whip, can we use greek yogurt?

Kathleen

Hi Rose, I have to avoid dairy whenever possible so that is why I used Miracle Whip. I think greek yogurt would work. Let us know if you try it how it works out. Thanks, Kathleen

I was so happy these biscuits turned out so well! They looked and tasted like “regular flour” biscuits. My family really enjoyed them, too!
