To begin making Gluten Free Mug Brownie I melted some margarine in a coffee mug.

Once the margarine was ready I added in some granulated sugar, Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free Baking Flour, cocoa, almond milk, vanilla extract and baking powder.

Once the ingredients were well combined I folded in some chocolate chips.

Then I put the mug in the microwave on high power for 50 seconds.

After removing it from the microwave I allowed it to cool before eating.

Whether you eat it warm or cooled you will enjoy this fudgy Mug Brownie with its rich chocolate flavour.

Make it more decadent by adding a bit of whipped cream topping, especially when the brownie is still warm!
