To make these delicious brownies I started by melting margarine in an 8 cup (2 litres) microwave bowl.
Butter can also be used but I have to avoid cow's milk as often as possible.
To the melted margarine I added granulated sugar, Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, cocoa, baking powder and xanthan gum.
I used a wooden spoon to blend this mixture together well.
Next add eggs and vanilla. The mixture is again blended well with a wooden spoon.
After blending I scraped the batter into a square cake pan that had been lined with parchment paper.
Place the pan in centre of your oven and bake until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out almost clean.
Let cool before using the edges of the parchment paper to remove the brownie from the pan.
They’re perfect for satisfying a chocolate craving, sharing with family and friends, or enjoying as an easy gluten-free dessert.
Whether you follow a gluten-free diet or simply love a really good brownie, this recipe is one you’ll want to make again and again.
